On September 5, 2024, the first lobbying club in Ukraine – LOBBY CLUB – organized a landmark event – the first International Forum on Lobbying and Government Relations (GR) in Kyiv. The main topics of the forum: • Implementation of the law on lobbying in Ukraine and the world: Analysis of the impact of the new legislation on honest business and international practices.

An important aspect of creating a legal team is the formation of a team! Formation of the team – its quantitative and qualitative composition is determined. Selection of team members, who must meet the established requirements is carried out. A complex of issues related to the organization or self-organization of teamwork is resolved.

It is very important that the lawyers, getting acquainted with the indictment, direct their attention to the analysis and search for procedural errors that may be made by the investigator or the prosecutor. The indictment is a special procedural decision, which reflects the results of the pre-trial investigation made by the investigator and the prosecutor, which in turn are substantiated by appropriate and admissible evidence, the determination of the legal qualification of the suspect’s actions (because until the indictment has been served, the person is considered a suspect) and is formulated in its final form prosecution.
