E-DECLARATION WILL BE OPEN: VRU SUPPORTED PRESIDENT’S PROPOSALS

At its meeting on September 20, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a draft law on electronic declaration, taking into account the president’s veto. 341 people’s deputies voted for the relevant decision. The changes provide for the immediate opening of declarations. We will remind that earlier Zelenskyi promised this draft law, as the vote for the immediate opening of the registry failed. THE PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE USED THE RIGHT OF VETO REGARDING THE LAW ADOPTED BY THE SUPREME COUNCIL ON THE RENEWAL OF THE DECLARATION No. 9534

The President of Ukraine exercised his right of veto regarding the law on the restoration of declaration No. 9534 adopted by the Verkhovna Rada. We will remind you that the texts of both laws, signed by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, appeared on the website of the Parliament in the morning of September 12.
