JSC “Revealing Information” successfully protects the rights of business entities, including corporate rights of members of the Companies.

Thus, during a series of searches by investigators of the SFS of the State Tax Service in Kyiv, property was illegally seized at a network of gas stations and oil depots in Kyiv and Kyiv region. An investigator of the SFS of the State Tax Service in Kyiv filed a petition for the seizure of fuels and lubricants (diesel fuel) owned by a client of Revealing Information. With the coordinated actions of the representative of the law firm, lawyer Knysh Sabina, the investigator’s request was returned as not meeting the requirements of current legislation.

At the initiative of the law firm Reveling Information, whose lawyers represent the victim in criminal proceedings, a group of investigators was organized under the auspices of the Kyiv Oblast Prosecutor’s Office to search elevators in Rivne, Lviv and Volyn oblasts to identify and harvest rapeseed.
