The next stage involves the stabilization of the team. Awareness of a common goal and definition of status-role relations between team members comes. Team work methods are chosen and general norms of behavior are developed.

The last stage provides for the functioning of the team. At this stage, communication ties are worked out and team cohesion takes place. A favorable social and psychological atmosphere is created. A synergistic effect is achieved from teamwork.

All these sentences look quite short and concise, but in practice, creating a team and further methods of organizing teamwork is a very painstaking and long procedure, which is the key to the success of any business!
