INACTIVITY OF THE INVESTIGATOR: HOW TO MOVE THE CASE FROM A DEAD STALL?

Thus, the illegal inactivity of the investigator can be terminated based on the court decision at the request of the victim or other persons whose rights are unreasonably restricted.
