\nOn January 8 of this year, the Law “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” on Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender” enters into force. In case of violation of the requirements of the law, the advertiser pays a fine in the amount of ten minimum wages.
\nAnd since in this case the employer is the customer of the advertisement about the vacancy, then he will bear the responsibility.
\nIt is worth mentioning that since 1996, Ukraine has had a Law prohibiting any discrimination. \u270d\ufe0f However, only now have they decided to punish violators financially.<\/p>\n

\n– indication of the age of the candidates;
\n\u2013 job offer only to women\/men (exception \u2013 specific work that can be performed exclusively by a person of a certain gender);
\n– race and skin color;
\n\u2013 political and religious preferences, membership in public associations;
\n\u2013 ethnic and social origin;
\n– information about property status;
\n– discrimination on the basis of language.
