Law firm “Revealing information” to protect domestic grain producers
\nAccording to the Ukrainian Grain Association, in the 2019\/2020 marketing year, Ukraine delivered a record 57.2 million tons of grain to foreign markets, which is the second largest figure in the world after the United States.<\/p>\n
\nMany obstacles stand in the way of grain producers, including not only weather conditions or fuel prices, but also unscrupulous partners.
\nThus, a group of companies engaged in the export of grain from Ukraine fraudulently seized the grain supplied to it for a total amount of 854,603.1 US dollars, from the very beginning not intending to pay for the delivered products.
\nThe domestic grain producer turned to the law firm Revealing Information to protect its property.
\nDue to the quick and professional intervention of the employees of the law firm “Revealing information” in the current situation, the delivered grain was seized, its illegal export to the territory of Ukraine was prevented, and further measures are taken to compensate the damage caused by the offense.
